1 package Bean’s Chicken Sausage with Sundried Tomatoes, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 small onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 cup wine (white or red)
1 cup chicken broth
1 28 oz can Hunt’s diced tomatoes with oregano, basil & garlic
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1 pound angel hair pasta, cooked
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the sausage and onion and saute until the onion is tender. Add the oreagno and garlic and saute one minute. Add the wine, chicken broth and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add the basil and simmer 10 minutes more. Serve over the cooked pasta.
