Amber’s Luscious Lasagna with Garlic Sausage

  • 1 package Garlic Sausage
  • 1 lb lean hamburg
  • 1/2 lb Sliced Pepperoni
  • 16 oz ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 16 oz Pizza Cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 16 ounces Hunt’s tomato sauce
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 1 package lasagna noodles, cooked

Brown hamburg and mix with garlic sausage, pepperoni, garlic powder and tomato sauce. Mix together the ricotta cheese, pizza cheese, egg, parsley and oregano.

Cover the bottom of a baking dish with the meat and tomato sauce. Put one layer of noodles on top. Then put on a layer of cheese mixture. Continue layering and end with a layer of noodles and then meat sauce. Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375F for 30 minutes until the cheese is browned. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
