Sweet Italian Sausage

  • 1 package Sweet Italian sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 large potato - peeled & diced (or 16 oz package cubed fresh potatoes)
  • 1 can (19 oz) garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Hunt's diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano, undrained
  • 3 cups Kitchen Basics Natural
  • beef stock
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup zucchini, diced

Combine all the ingredients, except the zucchini, in a crockpot and cook on low for 7-9 hours. Add the zucchini and cook another 30 minutes.
