CROCKPOT ITALIAN SAUSAGE SOUP

1 package Sweet Italian sausage, sliced

1 cup sliced carrots

1 large potato - peeled & diced (or 16 oz package cubed fresh potatoes)

1 can (19 oz) garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained

1 can (14.5 oz) Hunt's diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano, undrained

3 cups Kitchen Basics Natural 

beef stock

1 1/2 cups water

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 bay leaf

1 cup zucchini, diced

    Combine all the ingredients, except the zucchini, in a crockpot and cook on low for 7-9 hours.  Add the zucchini and cook another 30 minutes.
