PASTA e FAGIOLI

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 package Hot Italian sausage, sliced

1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic

1 cup water

2 cups Swanson's organic chicken broth

1 cup Hunt's tomato sauce

1 cup small shell pasta, uncooked

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

2 cans (15 oz each) white beans

Heat the oil over medium heat.  Add the garlic & sausage and saute 2 to 3 minutes. 

  Add the water, broth and tomato sauce and bring to a boil.

  Stir in the pasta, 1/4 cup of the cheese and the remaining ingredients.  Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until the pasta is cooked.

  Let stand for 5 minutes, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and serve.
