BEAN'S SAUSAGE STUFFING
1 ˝ lbs
Bean's Breakfast Sausage Patties
2 apples, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
˝ onion, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley,
chopped
12 oz Kellogg's Stuffing Mix
2 cups hot water
Cook the sausage patties and
apples over medium heat,
stirring and mashing with a fork
until the sausage is cooked.
Add the celery, onion & parsley
and cook until they are soft.
Add the stuffing mix, stir well,
then add the water. Let
sit for 5 minutes. Use to
stuff a large turkey, or cook in
a buttered dish covered with
foil at 325°for 45-60 minutes. |

BREAKFAST SAUSAGE BAKE WITH
CHEESE & EGGS
2 lbs
Bean's Breakfast Sausage Patties
12 eggs
3 cups milk
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
4 slices bread, crusts removed &
cubed
2 cups
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Prepare the night before serving
and bake in the morning.
Brown the sausage patties,
breaking them apart while they
cook. Beat the eggs, milk,
mustard and salt together.
Add the bread and sausage.
Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, bake at
325°for 50 minutes. Serves
10-12. |

PAULINE'S SAUSAGE & POTATO BAKE
4 lbs potatoes
1 package
Bean's Breakfast Sausage Patties
4 ounces butter
salt & pepper to taste
Peel & boil the potatoes until
done. Mash with the
butter, salt and pepper.
Cook the sausage patties until
done, breaking up into small
pieces.
Mix the potatoes and sausage,
put into a casserole dish and
bake at 350°for
35-40 minutes.
